OUR JOURNEY BEGINS HERE
We want to thank you for taking your time and contacting us. We love what we do wholeheartedly and believe in marriage and love and would be greatly honoured to celebrate your wedding day through our videography (and photography). It’s probable that you love our films and are interested in having us to film your own wedding. And we’d love that too, so let’s start here. But we know that we are not the only ones out there that offer videography, that’s why we want to give our best to make this an easy ride for you, gather all the information in one place and do the decision making easier for you, once you run through all the options.
INVESTMENT & RATES
We take commissions on a first-come, first-served basis. A retainer fee / deposit and a signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. You can find our current pricing brochures on the link below, where will find three distinct packages, all offering unique and handcrafted movies.
As we travel out for most of our weddings, we charge flights/travel, lodging and possibly a rental car, all separately. We will get you a quote based on the location of your wedding.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
Now that you know what package you would like, you probably wish to secure us to be available for your wedding date as soon as possible.
This can easily be done by filling out this form at the bottom of this page.
It’s a convenient way of filling out the important information about you and your wedding. The information will be sent to us so we can prepare the contract and send it back to you for confirmation and your signature, which will be done via DocHub, so you don’t have to scan, sign and print the contract. Out with the old way, you can sign it with a single stroke with your mouse or touchscreen.
After the contract is signed, we will ask you for a deposit which can be done via Paypal, invoice payment or direct Bank transfer. We usually ask for a deposit of 800,- EUR, but this can be higher if the travel costs exceed 800,- EUR. And this marks the beginning of our collaboration so you can rest assured that we will be there for you, to capture your day and produce a stunning movie piece, as you always wanted.
COLLECTIONS & PACKAGES
See the above card for our base videography & cinema collections & rates. All the collections can be added to with extra options, but cannot be subtracted from. The collections vary by length of coverage and filming and the duration of the edited movies you receive. The Preview Movie is suitable for smaller weddings, elopements or those who do not wish to receive a full documentary movie. Highlight Movie is the standard of our videography while Feature Movie is aimed towards those who lust for bigger & better, suitable for larger weddings with additional shootings before or after the wedding. We always film in pairs, meaning two of us will come over to capture your day. For weddings with 150 and more guests, it is recommended to take a third videographer.

BOOKING FORM
THE GOODS
Delivery time for our movies is dependant on the season – in summer, which is considered as the high season, our delivery ranges between 4 – 8 weeks for Preview movies & trailers, while full and final movies in physical form will reach your doorstep in between 10 to 14 weeks but we reserve the right to surpass this time frame as we travel a lot for the weddings we film and never wish to rush our editing process, delivering subpar work . If you order any extras ex post facto or wish to extend your movie, this will prolong your delivery.
If your order includes our Postcard boxes* (spot them below), you will receive a firm wooden box containing some fine art prints, wooden USB key with your movies, external hard drive with Uncut Footage** and some printed goodies. We always upload your trailers to Vimeo so you can share them with friends and family but you will also receive a downloadable file via WeTransfer. Prints will be available for download in high resolution via your private gallery on CloudSpot.
